Bicycle tyres and inner tube category
Tyres are made from rubber but are reinforced with woven fabric. They consist of three parts: the tread, the sidewall, and the bead.
The tread is the part that touches the road and provides traction for you to ride safely. The sidewall is what connects your bicycle’s frame to its wheels. It can be made out of either steel or synthetic materials such as Kevlar – this helps protect against potholes or other obstacles in case they hit your tire while riding (which happens more often than you think!). Finally, there is a small strip of material at each end where they meet with your wheel – this is called a bead because it forms a kind of “bead” around both sides when installed properly on your bike’s frame and wheels respectively.
There are lots of sizes too many to mention we are currently focusing on fat tyre bikes and 20×4.0, 26.4.0
