I did speak to the seller of this bike who gave me some info saying the batteries are 22 amper hours, but I could not figure out if all 3 together are 66ah, which would be an incredible 3168 watts. If you use the distance calculation page, that would be around 158 miles of range, which seems incredible.
This is probably what a professional cyclist would do on a grand tour stage. I do not think the public would need such a range for a bike. You can also see in the image that each battery has its key, which I can imagine would be pretty annoying if they were all different keys.
The bike is also not going to be lightweight, it’s going to be incredibly heavy. You only get one charge with the bike, so it would mean a lot of charging batteries and switching between them unless you have another charger.
This bike uses pedal assist but also has a throttle, so this bike with its big motor size is not legal on UK roads without MOT and insurance. It’s probably not a good choice for people in the United Kingdom, but it’s an interesting electric bicycle.
