Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Your item must be new and in the same condition that you got it in for you to be able to return it. It must also be in the original packaging, or as near as can be

You are entitled to return any item you don’t like or no longer want; it does not have to be broken, nor do I want you to be a disgruntled customer, however, YOU will have to PAY for the return postage, and this fee will also not be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

If the item appears to be used in some way with dirt on tires for example, this will reduce the value of the item for me to sell, there for 10% of the cost of the bike scooter or item will be deducted unless you messaged me first to agree on otherwise.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be automatically entitled to a refund, just message me and I will see what I can do for you.

Refunds

Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll send you an email to let you know that we’ve received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, this can take 5–10 days, so please be patient during this time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Obviously, if this is an exchange for a broken product we have to wait for the broken item to reach us before we can distribute a replacement for you

If you’re sending back more expensive items, you might want to use a shipping service that lets you track your package or buy shipping insurance, Please make it a recorded delivery. We obviously don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, that is down to who you sent the parcel back to us with.

If the parcel is lost then you will need to speak to the people you shipped the item with, we cannot control the post, if it’s lost then it has not reached us so we cannot refund you, you will have to claim back the money from the people who shipped your item.
