Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Your item must be new and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging or as close as possible.
  • You can return any item if you simply don’t want it—it doesn’t have to be broken. However, you must pay for return postage, which will not be refunded.

Partial Refunds

A 10% deduction may apply if the item appears used, such as dirt on tires, since this reduces the resale value. If you believe your case is an exception, message us first to discuss options.

Returns After 30 Days

If you need to return an item after 30 days, it is not automatically eligible for a refund, but you can message us, and we’ll see what we can do.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 days. If denied, we’ll explain why.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to post.
  • Contact your bank for further processing details.
  • If none of the above work, email us at reightgoodbikes@gmail.com.

Battery Warranty (6 Months Coverage)

Our eBike batteries are covered for 6 months and only for manufacturer defects or excessive capacity loss. Due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries, normal wear and gradual range reduction are not covered.

What’s Covered (Within 6 Months)

  • Battery failure due to manufacturer defects.
  • Excessive range loss beyond normal wear.

What’s Not Covered

  • Gradual loss of capacity over time.
  • Damage from improper charging, storage, or maintenance.
  • Water damage, physical damage, or misuse.

Battery Care Tip: To extend battery life, charge regularly, store at moderate temperatures, and avoid deep discharges. Improper care may affect battery performance and is not covered under warranty.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at reightgoodbikes@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If returning a high-value item, use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns—if your parcel doesn’t arrive, you must claim compensation from your shipping provider.

If returning a faulty item for exchange, we must receive the faulty item first before sending a replacement.
